When you sign up for the FREE TRIAL they take the first months subscription. I’ve requested a refund within there terms and conditions, but no response. I’ve been emailing Worthpoint everyday for a week, but no response at all. Don’t go near this ROGUE PLATFORM.

I have no idea who these people are but… I have no idea who these people are but somehow they have my credit card number and are charging my card for services I never ordered. Now they want more information about my review, I don't know what else to say. I never opened an account with them and will never do business with them. Yet they continue to charge my credit card through a bogus Paypal account. This is an obvious case of fraud that they couldn't care less about.

Worthpoint's New App Version is Terrible Worthpoint, after their new version of the app rolled out, is basically worthless. The new app is horrible. Doesn't work with biometrics, login doesn't work right half the time, which leads to Worthpoint "locking" your account, which you can only get unlocked by contacting them during business hours. App logs you out (times out) faster than any of my banking or brokerage apps. I've been a customer for almost 15 years.
