Ordered a shirt 19 days ago Ordered a shirt 19 days ago. Received no shipping confirmation. Reached out via email and their online support form multiple times and tried to contact them on Facebook with no response. Will be requesting a refund through Paypal, but the complete lack of customer service is ridiculous. Do NOT order from this company. EDIT/UPDATE: Company responded less than an hour after PayPal reached out to cancel order/request a refund. No apology. Just a tracking number with the item due to arrive 10 days after it was supposed to.

Took more time to receive my T-shirt… Took more time to receive my T-shirt due to the covid pandemic, however, it came today and I’m delighted.. all I can say is “be patient” Thanks Redzila

DO NOT purchase from Redzila DO NOT purchase from Redzila. I purchased a t shirt, it was mailed in a paper-thin package and had a hole abraded in it upon arrival (shirt is ruined). I paid nearly 30 bucks for this thing, t-shirt and shipping. No response from Redzila even after two attempts. NEVER again. Paypal can kiss mine for not withholding payment to these crooks.

REDZILA NEEDS TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER I received the product in just under (2) weeks after placing the order, not too bad considering it shipped from overseas. I have just a couple of complaints. 1) No communication was provided to me via email that my order had shipped and no tracking info was provided. I was left in the dark praying that my order had shipped and I would eventually it. The good news is it did show up on my door step on Day 12. 2) The customer support email under Contact Us would never go through when I tried to inquire on the status of my order. Tried it a couple dozen times. Also, I sent an email to Info but never got a response.

Unfortunate Ordered T-shirts-sent me a question, I answered & asked for clarification-2 wks later when ask status of order, they ask same question. Tell them that & say I don’t even want it now-they just cancel order w/o even a response. 3 wks of headache for bad/rude ‘service’
