GBDO NOT purchase from Redzila DO NOT purchase from Redzila. I purchased a t shirt, it was mailed in a paper-thin package and had a hole abraded in it upon arrival (shirt is ruined). I paid nearly 30 bucks for this thing, t-shirt and shipping. No response from Redzila even after two attempts. NEVER again. Paypal can kiss mine for not withholding payment to these crooks.

GBWhere’s my order? Ordered a tee shirt on May 16. No tracking number, no notice when I should expect delivery. There’s not even a customer service phone number on the website. I will wait a few more days, then I will dispute the charge with my bank.

GBNO Customer Service and Tracking. I ordered two T-shirts. I received an order confirmation and no tracking number. I looked on the website and was told that tracking would be sent to me when they sent it out. The tracking number never came. I sent an email through their "Contact Us" form inquiring about a tracking number. I did not receive a response. When I checked my order status through their website, all it says it that the order is completed which it wasn't because I did not receive it nor a tracking number to check on its status. Their categories of shipping are terrible and misleading. They do not put actual tiers of shipping service but generic categories. I paid for "Fast Express Shipping" (what does that mean???) expecting Priority Express through USPS or FedEx/UPS and instead received normal priority through USPS, their normal service tier at the time this review was written. I have given them two stars because I did get my T-shirts and thus they did provide me with what I paid for but I would not recommend them to anyone.

GBNo communication No communication or delivery from this company, ordered a t shirt on 6/12/19, emailed them 5 times, sent a fb messenger chat, no reply to any of them, tried mediation through pay pal and still no reply. Finally got a refund through pay pal.

GBREDZILA NEEDS TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER I received the product in just under (2) weeks after placing the order, not too bad considering it shipped from overseas. I have just a couple of complaints. 1) No communication was provided to me via email that my order had shipped and no tracking info was provided. I was left in the dark praying that my order had shipped and I would eventually it. The good news is it did show up on my door step on Day 12. 2) The customer support email under Contact Us would never go through when I tried to inquire on the status of my order. Tried it a couple dozen times. Also, I sent an email to Info but never got a response.
