GBOrdered a shirt 19 days ago Ordered a shirt 19 days ago. Received no shipping confirmation. Reached out via email and their online support form multiple times and tried to contact them on Facebook with no response. Will be requesting a refund through Paypal, but the complete lack of customer service is ridiculous. Do NOT order from this company. EDIT/UPDATE: Company responded less than an hour after PayPal reached out to cancel order/request a refund. No apology. Just a tracking number with the item due to arrive 10 days after it was supposed to.

GBTHIS IS A SCAM THIS IS A SCAM, I placed an order from a site called Oseidon and never received my order or any further information from them, my bank statement shows that Ridzila is the company that charged me. F#ck them and I hope they rot in hell.

GBHORRIBLE! They never delivered the shirt I… They never delivered the shirt I ordered. I tried to contact them but they won't respond. I tried to use their "track package " option, but it said that I didn't have an order with them. Strange as they definitely took the money! I requested a refund from paypal. Stay away!!! Seriously just pay 3 more dollars and order from a company with such questionable practices.

GBDo NOT buy from Company Do NOT buy from Company. Crap Quality, NO cust service, took 2 Months to get 1 shirt in Order, 3 for second. 2nd was polo shirt ordered as 4X, shirt barely fits my Nephew who wears a Large. Shirt VERY poor quality, very course and the image was a Crappy iron on! They couldn't even be bothered to cut the iron on down. you can LITERALLY see the outline of the 8 by 11 iron on sheet surrounding 3x3 graphic downloaded from the internet. Still no response after numerous attempts to contact. RUN AWAY! Everything about this company screams Poor quality and Non existent service.

GBWhere’s my order? Ordered a tee shirt on May 16. No tracking number, no notice when I should expect delivery. There’s not even a customer service phone number on the website. I will wait a few more days, then I will dispute the charge with my bank.
