THIS IS A SCAM THIS IS A SCAM, I placed an order from a site called Oseidon and never received my order or any further information from them, my bank statement shows that Ridzila is the company that charged me. F#ck them and I hope they rot in hell.

REDZILA NEEDS TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER I received the product in just under (2) weeks after placing the order, not too bad considering it shipped from overseas. I have just a couple of complaints. 1) No communication was provided to me via email that my order had shipped and no tracking info was provided. I was left in the dark praying that my order had shipped and I would eventually it. The good news is it did show up on my door step on Day 12. 2) The customer support email under Contact Us would never go through when I tried to inquire on the status of my order. Tried it a couple dozen times. Also, I sent an email to Info but never got a response.

Where’s my order? Ordered a tee shirt on May 16. No tracking number, no notice when I should expect delivery. There’s not even a customer service phone number on the website. I will wait a few more days, then I will dispute the charge with my bank.

I ordered a tee-shirt for my daughter… I ordered a tee-shirt for my daughter and it came in on time and was exactly what we wanted. I will definitely order from Redzila again. A very reliable company.

Do NOT buy from Company Do NOT buy from Company. Crap Quality, NO cust service, took 2 Months to get 1 shirt in Order, 3 for second. 2nd was polo shirt ordered as 4X, shirt barely fits my Nephew who wears a Large. Shirt VERY poor quality, very course and the image was a Crappy iron on! They couldn't even be bothered to cut the iron on down. you can LITERALLY see the outline of the 8 by 11 iron on sheet surrounding 3x3 graphic downloaded from the internet. Still no response after numerous attempts to contact. RUN AWAY! Everything about this company screams Poor quality and Non existent service.
