NO Customer Service and Tracking. I ordered two T-shirts. I received an order confirmation and no tracking number. I looked on the website and was told that tracking would be sent to me when they sent it out. The tracking number never came. I sent an email through their "Contact Us" form inquiring about a tracking number. I did not receive a response. When I checked my order status through their website, all it says it that the order is completed which it wasn't because I did not receive it nor a tracking number to check on its status. Their categories of shipping are terrible and misleading. They do not put actual tiers of shipping service but generic categories. I paid for "Fast Express Shipping" (what does that mean???) expecting Priority Express through USPS or FedEx/UPS and instead received normal priority through USPS, their normal service tier at the time this review was written. I have given them two stars because I did get my T-shirts and thus they did provide me with what I paid for but I would not recommend them to anyone.

No Merchandise Received I placed an order one month ago. I paid via Pay Pal. I received an e-mail confirmation for the order, however, there was no shipping information. I was charged $5 for Priority Mail Shipping, yet I never received a tracking number. I have e-mailed this company several times, and have not received a response. I have contacted them through FaceBook as well, and have not received a response. I was charged for merchandise that I never received, and was never given any manner of tracking the shipment. All of my attempts to contact this company have been fruitless. My next steps are to request a refund from Pay Pal and to contact the Better Business Bureau to report this company for fraud. Please do not order from this company.

DO NOT purchase from Redzila DO NOT purchase from Redzila. I purchased a t shirt, it was mailed in a paper-thin package and had a hole abraded in it upon arrival (shirt is ruined). I paid nearly 30 bucks for this thing, t-shirt and shipping. No response from Redzila even after two attempts. NEVER again. Paypal can kiss mine for not withholding payment to these crooks.

REDZILA NEEDS TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER I received the product in just under (2) weeks after placing the order, not too bad considering it shipped from overseas. I have just a couple of complaints. 1) No communication was provided to me via email that my order had shipped and no tracking info was provided. I was left in the dark praying that my order had shipped and I would eventually it. The good news is it did show up on my door step on Day 12. 2) The customer support email under Contact Us would never go through when I tried to inquire on the status of my order. Tried it a couple dozen times. Also, I sent an email to Info but never got a response.

Scam website Scam website, what they will do is charge you extra and take out random payments on your credit card and than they will send an email saying someone came by but no one was there so you have to send additional money to get it( obviously a scam ! ) there is never contents to begin with. They also have been known for taking all the money from peoples bank. If u like getting scammed definitely go to them
