NO Customer Service and Tracking. I ordered two T-shirts. I received an order confirmation and no tracking number. I looked on the website and was told that tracking would be sent to me when they sent it out. The tracking number never came. I sent an email through their "Contact Us" form inquiring about a tracking number. I did not receive a response. When I checked my order status through their website, all it says it that the order is completed which it wasn't because I did not receive it nor a tracking number to check on its status. Their categories of shipping are terrible and misleading. They do not put actual tiers of shipping service but generic categories. I paid for "Fast Express Shipping" (what does that mean???) expecting Priority Express through USPS or FedEx/UPS and instead received normal priority through USPS, their normal service tier at the time this review was written. I have given them two stars because I did get my T-shirts and thus they did provide me with what I paid for but I would not recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT purchase from Redzila DO NOT purchase from Redzila. I purchased a t shirt, it was mailed in a paper-thin package and had a hole abraded in it upon arrival (shirt is ruined). I paid nearly 30 bucks for this thing, t-shirt and shipping. No response from Redzila even after two attempts. NEVER again. Paypal can kiss mine for not withholding payment to these crooks.

Crap Quality, NO cust service, took 2 Months to get 1 shirt in Order, 3 for second. 2nd was polo shirt ordered as 4X, shirt barely fits my Nephew who wears a Large. Shirt VERY poor quality, very course and the image was a Crappy iron on! They couldn't even be bothered to cut the iron on down. you can LITERALLY see the outline of the 8 by 11 iron on sheet surrounding 3x3 graphic downloaded from the internet. Still no response after numerous attempts to contact. RUN AWAY! Everything about this company screams Poor quality and Non existent service.

HORRIBLE! They never delivered the shirt I… They never delivered the shirt I ordered. I tried to contact them but they won't respond. I tried to use their "track package " option, but it said that I didn't have an order with them. Strange as they definitely took the money! I requested a refund from paypal. Stay away!!! Seriously just pay 3 more dollars and order from a company with such questionable practices.

Orders never show up, poor communication! Made an order on April 21st 2018. Here it is May 12th and the shirt has not arrived, I have not received an email with a tracking number, or any status on my order. All links to contact the company on the website are broken. Won’t be waiting too much longer before my credit card company reverses the charges. DONT BUY HERE Update THE ORDER NEVER SHOWED DESPITE THEIR REPLY BELOW...a refund was issued through PayPal once I advised them I was initiating a chargeback. Once all this is settlers I will review again that it was successfully addressed.
