Amazing customer service - They're doing it right! I had a problem with my order and the customer service was prompt, easy to work with and extremely helpful. Their shipping was very fast, too. However, because of the customer service experience alone (they treated me like a person instead of a number), Judaica Place is now my preferred online shopping destination. Keep up the good work.

Speedy Service but No Follow-thru on my Bent Book! After getting my Tikkun, I was so excited when it showed up no more than a few days after it had been processed! I opened it up to find the binding bent and a bit torn, which couldn't have happened in shipping because it was shipped in a hefty box. Needless to say, after contacting Judaica Place explaining my problem and dissatisfaction, I never got a reply! Not a single word of apology or an effort to exchange the bent book. I have to say, I'd rather receive good quality than speedy service. I'm pretty disappointed :(

False advertising, refused to honor gift with purchase Ad stated free cookbook with “any purchase.” The promo code went through. But the cookbook did not arrive. Company claimed the item I ordered is excluded from the promo. Despite the fact that the ad says cookbook “free with any purchase” and that the promo code went through. To resolve the issue they allow me to make another purchase and then they will send the cookbook! The item itself that I ordered was very nice, a shame that they lost a potential repeat customer. Dishonest and unprofessional.
