Use carfax instead The service itself is confusing mentioning features mt car does not have then you have to buy a trial to use the service. You cancel the service and the still charge you $24.95. I sent a screenshot and "Joel" from the chat customer service was rude and telling me it's not a charge even though it clearly took out of my account. Ridiculous. I'm sticking to Carfax from now on.

Great all around. Got what I needed It was inexpensive, it was easy to use. The first night I looked up multiple cars, and the next day I bought one I had looked up. I liked how Goodcar was very clear about how the subscription worked, how I would be charged and how I could cancel.
