THE ONLY THING I LIKED CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WAS HELPFUL

GBGreat site if you want to know more about a vehicle I enjoy knowing that I'm able to look up vehicles safely and get all data from this site. I had no idea that I did a trial and was going to have monthly payments taken out of my account. Catherine was very helpful in getting my refund and satisfied me without having to take it a step further with my bank or PayPal.

GBUse carfax instead The service itself is confusing mentioning features mt car does not have then you have to buy a trial to use the service. You cancel the service and the still charge you $24.95. I sent a screenshot and "Joel" from the chat customer service was rude and telling me it's not a charge even though it clearly took out of my account. Ridiculous. I'm sticking to Carfax from now on.
