I got information on the property I was… I got information on the property I was looking for. It was a short wait and included photos although not a lot of details on the actual property itself. I did not like that I got signed up for a $29 month membership right off the bat with little to no information provided that I was starting it. Other than being aware that I need to cancel the membership, I was ok with the info received for the $1.00 report.

Property build Jeremy and Andy sent texts and emails to see if my problems were resolved and are helping me. Hope to get results in a day or two as to when my condo complex was built. Vital information for me, that no one else seems to know.

Scam Like others have noted, this company is a scam. We were told it would be $1 for first report only to be charged $49 and then monthly charges of $28.95. I contacted customer service and cancelled the subscription we had not agreed to. Was told the March charge was refunded and that an email would be sent confirming cancellation. A week later we had not received an email. When I called for the third time I was told that Andy had sent the confirmation and was given his email address. I sent him an email explaining the situation and it was returned We still have not received an email confirming cancellation and there is no credit for the March charge.

SO APPRECIATIVE SO APPRECIATIVE. I was looking for childhood friends from the 1970’s that lived across the street from me. I had no idea how to spell the last name as it is an unusual name i have never heard before. but i made my inquiry and they have been more than helpful. Im actually floored how helpful they were and got my answers very quickly. Cannot thank them enough
