I find their system for scheduling calls with clients very intuitive and straightforward, and their personnel very courteous and efficient in my interactions with them. Smooth and clearly structured process I find the process smooth and clearly structured. Sometimes the requests posed by the client seem a bit strange, occasionally asking for more detail than one would like to share with someone with whom one does not (yet) have a professional relationship. But by and large the information required is pertinent. My experiences with the interviews themselves have so far been positive, too.
