It took me about an hour It took me about an hour to install the camera in my car. The company doesn’t offer an installation service, but I must say their customer support is responsive.

I am not satisfied with cloud the only thing I am not satisfied with (so far) is the cloud. Watching my videos that are stored in the cloud is not the best experience, as when they are there, they do not play as smoothly as they should. I hope future updates will fix this issue. That said, by and large, this is the only disadvantage I could think of about the product.

The android app works well The android app works well, as long as you don’t leave the car in an underground parking lot. I did get notifications when the signal was back on, but sometimes it might just be too late

The product met my expectations and the… The product met my expectations and the app is even better. Proof Dashcams helps me park my car safely. I think the price is fair considering the broad range of features. I have set the camera to record only when there are suspicious movements.

I do not give 5 stars simply I do not give 5 stars simply because the price is higher than most simple dash cameras but u get what u pay for exceptional service that goes well above and beyond. That said, I found the product I was looking for easy. The site wasn't hard to navigate, my product arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well enough. No damage to the product. I would buy from here again if I find I have a need for something they carry.....
