Now, you can only call them via social media apps, which isn't the most convenient thing in the world. But the good news is that once you get through, their customer service is pretty great.

That said, I found the product I was looking for easy. The site wasn't hard to navigate, my product arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well enough. No damage to the product. I would buy from here again if I find I have a need for something they carry.....
