GBExcellent night vision cam Excellent night vision! Someone tried to steal my car just a few weeks ago, and the criminal’s face was seen clearly on the video. Definitely worth the money! That said, it would be nice if there were more ways to contact customer service.

GBGreat product, great Customer Service! They're a great brand for car security cameras, no question about it. But I have to say, their service could be improved. Now, you can only call them via social media apps, which isn't the most convenient thing in the world. But the good news is that once you get through, their customer service is pretty great.

GBI am not satisfied with cloud the only thing I am not satisfied with (so far) is the cloud. Watching my videos that are stored in the cloud is not the best experience, as when they are there, they do not play as smoothly as they should. I hope future updates will fix this issue. That said, by and large, this is the only disadvantage I could think of about the product.

GBThe android app works well The android app works well, as long as you don’t leave the car in an underground parking lot. I did get notifications when the signal was back on, but sometimes it might just be too late
