Owner called me without my permission to check on sign up status Started to sign up for an account but wasn't sure if this company provided services for my needs so I stopped. Somehow the owner got my information off his website even though I didn't complete the sign-up and decided to call me to see why I didn't finish signing up. It felt a bit creepy and invasive. I understand he may want to get more business and overcome client objections, but I never gave him permission to call me. Considering he has access to sensitive informational databases, calling me to find out why I stopped the sign-up process felt uncomfortable to me.
