GBSuper Disappointed And Still Awaiting Refund Initially, I was super excited to work with the Techsalerator team - seeing their great reviews and the great responsiveness I was receiving. I purchased a dataset for "5000 B2C records UK" which filtered customers based on postcode and gender. When I started my campaign, I noticed that some customers weren't based in the postcodes that I sent over and went back to the dataset and spotted a slight/acceptable mistake which could be rectified. There was a slight misinterpretation of the postcodes that I sent over, leading to half of the dataset being incorrect. I wasn't upset and understood how this mistake could be made, so I asked for half of the erroneous cells to be replaced - there has been a lot of back and forth, and over 3 months later, I have not received the updated dataset or a refund! This could have been such a great experience if it wasn't for the poor service - the Techsalerator team are clearly capable of delivering a good standard of work, but in this case, I have been seriously let down.
