I signed up for a trial I signed up for a trial, then was offered a discount if I paid for the whole year, which I did. But then I was still billed for the full monthly payment of $39.99. When I tried to contact the company to report this discrepancy and stop the monthly billing, NO ONE answered me!! There was NO communication from ANYONE in this company!! After 2 months of extra charges I finally got fed up and disabled my payment source in PayPal. Within 3 months I lost access to the service I paid for due to "non-payment." Later emails produced still no contact. I could never recommend this service to anyone, and am lodging a complaint through PayPal.
