GBHorrible communication all promises At first you guys were great. Made all these wonderful promises to keep in contact, give updates get my case close in 7 month. These are all things in my contract. It’s been two years now and I’m getting no communication from anyone. Every time I try to contact “Paul” the attorney handling my case, I get no response or what tragic tendencies seams to be happening in his life. I have things going on in my life too and at this point need this to be over with. NOT IGNORED. I am about to report him and this company to the legal board as well as better business bureau. All I am asking for is someone to communicate with me and can’t even get that. I don’t think I’m asking for much when I ask for an update on my case

GBRecently my family purchased a… Recently my family purchased a timeshare while on a vacation. Shortly after we left the Orange lake resort we were already second guessing our decision. We called our sales person and he said we have 2 weeks to think about it and not to worry if we didn’t want to continue all we had to do was call him and he would cancel our contract. After about a week we did call him and tell him we didn’t wish to proceed . A few weeks later we got a envelope In the mail with a statement for a credit card we never even agreed to open with a balance of over $3,000.00and were totally taken by surprise. We called our sales man Rick and he didn’t answer so we called the toll free number and found out it was never cancelled and we were Past the cancellation period which was only 7days not 2 weeks. After the initial shock and anger we realized we had been lied to and had a major problem on our hands. We went on the internet and started searching for answers that day and found many different people saying many different things. Everyone we spoke to was asking for thousands of dollars up front until we spoke to Jason at this company. He spent over an hour listening to our situation and calming us down and explained that the resorts are only concerned with one thing and thats making money. He also informed us he could show us our options and prove to us that he was able to help us get out by showing us other people in similar situations he has helped. He was upfront about the costs involved and how we would be protected since our cost would be held in escrow until we were out. After seeing several other people’s reviews on line and the actual releases for myself we decided to make a leap and pay them to get us out and get some money back. This was in September of 2019 and now here we are in March and it’s finally over. My family never thought we were foolish People and have always made good decisions, this was not our brightest moment and without this company and Jason our Case Manager we would have been in real trouble. We recovered our money on the credit card we didn’t authorize and were able to get free of this contract for about the same amount of money we recovered from the credit card. Thank you Jason, Paul, Lindsay and everyone else that assisted on our families nightmare. I would recommend this group to anyone who owns a timeshare or has been taken as we were.
