GBExperience OK but need improvement Overall experience was good but with a bitter taste. The Dumpster we rented was over-weight by 2.44 tons which ocurred into a $354.47 charge. The PROBLEM is/was we were never informed, notified of this in anyway. I disputed the charge which NOW I will rescind. Much better if someone at Hometown Waste & Recycle properly informs the Renting Party of extra weight.

GBExcellent Dumpster Service The initial customer service and helpfulness of the staff is fantastic. I live out of state and had to book a dumpster to empty a home. I have never had to do so any of this before. Aside from being super responsive and helpful , they were extremely detailed and the process ran extremely smooth. The follow ups were also appreciated from staff.
