Experience OK but need improvement Overall experience was good but with a bitter taste. The Dumpster we rented was over-weight by 2.44 tons which ocurred into a $354.47 charge. The PROBLEM is/was we were never informed, notified of this in anyway. I disputed the charge which NOW I will rescind. Much better if someone at Hometown Waste & Recycle properly informs the Renting Party of extra weight.

Your pricing is mostly competitive, but it was your office and who I spoke to making my call.I felt comfortable as she explained everything to me. Very professional and helpful. I am sorry that I can not remember her name.
