Experience OK but need improvement Overall experience was good but with a bitter taste. The Dumpster we rented was over-weight by 2.44 tons which ocurred into a $354.47 charge. The PROBLEM is/was we were never informed, notified of this in anyway. I disputed the charge which NOW I will rescind. Much better if someone at Hometown Waste & Recycle properly informs the Renting Party of extra weight.

Hometown is a good American Local… Hometown is a good American Local company with a modern back office, reliable timing, and good drivers. Would always use them in the future.

Very efficient process Very efficient process. Was pleased with that part. I was shopping for a new dumpster company to be competitive with company I typically use for my Construction company. In the end this was the most expensive container I’ve ever had aside from an asbestos container I get gas is high also but a fuel charge was added to. I’ve had overages but these fees seemed excessive

Hometown Waste & Recycling Services were Terrific from Start to Finish! Both Mike and Tito are very experienced when dropping off and picking up the 30 yd dumpster for us. When speaking with Cristal or the office crew, they were thorough, helpful and guidance on just what we needed. We appreciated the emails and texts with updates of when they were arriving and invoices. Very professional and thorough. We would highly recommend them!
