Experience OK but need improvement Overall experience was good but with a bitter taste. The Dumpster we rented was over-weight by 2.44 tons which ocurred into a $354.47 charge. The PROBLEM is/was we were never informed, notified of this in anyway. I disputed the charge which NOW I will rescind. Much better if someone at Hometown Waste & Recycle properly informs the Renting Party of extra weight.

The owner went out of his way to… The owner went out of his way to accommodate me on a Saturday for a Monday morning drop off. Which is unheard of.

Excellent customer service & excellent… Excellent customer service & excellent delivery driver who explained/demonstrated how to open the door to the dumpster.

Ive used HomeTown many times Ive used HomeTown many times. Always reliable and on time. Clean containers. My last order i called after hours, relieved a call back that night and container delivered the next morning. Outstanding service
