Similar to another review - great...until they weren't. Similar to another review, had a vastly different experience recently from a previous experience... 2 yrs ago it was great - this time I tried to cancel a delivery the same day I ordered due to an unforeseen issue and ended up getting charged a $210 fee. The sales person stated "I go home at 3pm so I didnt see or hear your phone call, text and email" that was sent between 3:30pm and 4pm the day before the delivery was originally scheduled. (same day I placed the order...) this was the contact information and email I was directed to use with the contract and calls. Their contract even states that their business hours are 7am to 5pm, but they refused to remove the fee. On top of that, the sales person texted me the following morning at 6am stated he had are received the messages and would make sure the delivery was cancelled. At 9am the delivery shows up with the dumpster which was supposed to be cancelled so we told them to take it back since we had cancelled. The driver admitted that they had "communication issues" and did not get a message. Long story short, I had documentation of all the above and they still refused to remove the fee. Not a client friendly business! beware!

Overall Overall, great service, both times; however, the last time, the driver didn't come to the door or make any effort to communicate with my son when there was a confusion about the availability of a spot to leave the dumpster. This delayed the delivery. Just getting out of the truck and communicating would have handled that. Besides that, great, speedy service!

I am so thankful that I was put in touch with Ross. He was very helpful with options. The delivery driver was also very professional and competent with placing the dumpster where needed. Found the Discount Dumpster LLC online Found the Discount Dumpster LLC online. They replied with an online quote request April 10. A rep by the name of “Tanner” texted me a reply and quote based on my specifications ($485.00 for 14 days). 10 / 12-yard dumpster to be put on side drive and not in street to be delivered on April 22. April 15 terms were agreed upon and payment was issued on Visa card. On April 16 Tanner texted that they could not put it in the side drive. I assured him I have had dumpsters in there before and sent him a pic of the drive with my car in it. On April 17 I was called that the dumpster was at my home. I informed both the driver and Tanner it was too early. Delivery date was to be April 22. Apologies were received and the use of the side drive was reinforced. April 22 the dumpster was on site, but the driver once again insisted it had to go into the street. Back and forth between the drivers dispatch and Tanner were texed and phone calls were made. The driver’s company, Ravenswood Disposal Inc. canceled the order and the dumpster left. I informed Tanner I wanted a refund to my Visa card, and I was going elsewhere. I was informed originally it was being taken care of. Then I was informed a refund was being issued. On April23 a refund of $200.00 was issued to my Visa card. Contacted Chase and they are helping me to recover the remaining $285.00. Text thread and receipts attached. After contacting Chase / Visa of my problem; Chase informed me that the $200 was NOT a refund but another withdraw. Texted Tanner as to why the extra charge, I was informed that it was another fee for a "Dry Run". (???) I did not cancel the order, Ravenswood Disposal did. I did not authorize the additional withdrawal from my Visa Card. I have screened shot the text thread for proof of my claim. Do NOT use Discount Dumpster LLC. They make promises, fail to keep them and charge you for the privilege. If I could issue a zero-star review, I would.

The delivery driver for DD was very professional The delivery driver for DD called me before dropping off the dumpster and was very professional. After we filled the container up, DD came and picked it up with no issues, even though we were not at home at the time.
