GBDo Not Recommend f you go with this company, they may knowingly give you a non-functional port a potty, fail to respond to your calls, take your payment, lie to you, and refuse refunds. Additionally, it will likely sit on your property for days after the event - ours remained there 4 days after it was supposed to be picked up. We ordered a flushable porta potty for our wedding ceremony. A porta potty was dropped off the day before. The flush was not working. We called, and were told to "figure it out," and that no one in the office could currently assist us. We asked to get the situation fixed the next day prior to when our guests arrived and requested to have someone call or come out to fix it - no one did. They claimed to have called; however, this was a lie. I assumed that we would be refunded for the flushable option, since we did not receive it; however, the people we spoke with were disrespectful, rude, and condescending. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he was "not ready to speak with me." They informed us via email that we were just "unable to get it working properly," and therefore would not refund us any money. However, when the delivery man came back to pick up the porta potty (same person who dropped off), he told us that he had informed the office at Porta Potty direct that it was not working after drop off, and offered to bring out another one- they told him no. We were blatantly lied to and ripped off. I usually don't write negative reviews, but I've never experienced worse service, or have had a company behave in such an unprofessional and condescending manner toward their customers.

GBtrust your gut After reading reviews, I was hesitant to go with this company due to them not honoring what was agreed to. However, I did end up choosing them because they had the only VIP restroom at a reasonable price with no deposit required and I wrongfully concluded that other people's negative experience was not going to happen to me because either it occured in a different state, or because it was still Covid supply chain stuff...... but i was totally wrong..... of course as my gut warned me about, they called the day before my daughters wedding reception claiming that the VIP restroom was damaged during transportation at that they would not have one..... well you can imagine any dad's response to this was not favorable. They offered to replace it with a lesser restroom but no way was I going to give a penny of my business.

GBThey cancelled on me on the day of… They cancelled on me on the day of delivery, saying I was outside their service area. They couldn't figure that out two weeks before when we ordered them? Terrible customer service. Don't give your business to this company.

GBAbsolutely disgraceful company Absolutely disgraceful company. Called two days before my event saying that the port a Potty's we rented were destroyed the weekend before. They could have easily given us a larger heads up. They didn't give any refund for a portion of the price. Instead, they charged us the same for two lesser (and quite nasty) portapotty's. They were dirty inside, towels were almost empty, they showed up a day late for drop off, and had little to no communication. Absolutely terrible experience.
