trust your gut After reading reviews, I was hesitant to go with this company due to them not honoring what was agreed to. However, I did end up choosing them because they had the only VIP restroom at a reasonable price with no deposit required and I wrongfully concluded that other people's negative experience was not going to happen to me because either it occured in a different state, or because it was still Covid supply chain stuff...... but i was totally wrong..... of course as my gut warned me about, they called the day before my daughters wedding reception claiming that the VIP restroom was damaged during transportation at that they would not have one..... well you can imagine any dad's response to this was not favorable. They offered to replace it with a lesser restroom but no way was I going to give a penny of my business.

DO NOT TRUST DO. NOT. TRUST!!! PortapottyDirect took my order on 8/2/22 for a 2 unit trailer for my daughter’s wedding on September 4th. They JUST called me today, August 26th, and said they are no longer providing service for that area. This is one week before we were to take delivery. For an outdoor wedding, 150 people, on Labor Day weekend! They’re “sorry.” UNBELIEVABLE!

Richard the worst customer service employee They have a customer service worker by the name of Richard who was very nasty. He yell and screamed and said he's the supervisor and if I wanted to cancel I could. I ordered a unit and was promised it Thursday July 2, 2020 it never arrived to I called to be told oh the driver can't make it. Then I was told I would receive it Friday the 3rd by 12 noon when I called I was verbally abused by this worker its 1pm and still no call or communication from this company.
