GBRichard the worst customer service employee They have a customer service worker by the name of Richard who was very nasty. He yell and screamed and said he's the supervisor and if I wanted to cancel I could. I ordered a unit and was promised it Thursday July 2, 2020 it never arrived to I called to be told oh the driver can't make it. Then I was told I would receive it Friday the 3rd by 12 noon when I called I was verbally abused by this worker its 1pm and still no call or communication from this company.

GBThey cancelled on me on the day of… They cancelled on me on the day of delivery, saying I was outside their service area. They couldn't figure that out two weeks before when we ordered them? Terrible customer service. Don't give your business to this company.

INWhen it works its good When it works its good, however for five odd months of usage the portable restroom haven't changed in any aspects. Its definitely worth renting portable restroom from Porta Potty Direct.

GBAbsolutely disgraceful company Absolutely disgraceful company. Called two days before my event saying that the port a Potty's we rented were destroyed the weekend before. They could have easily given us a larger heads up. They didn't give any refund for a portion of the price. Instead, they charged us the same for two lesser (and quite nasty) portapotty's. They were dirty inside, towels were almost empty, they showed up a day late for drop off, and had little to no communication. Absolutely terrible experience.
