GBI got ripped off big time renting a two stall porta potti… I rented a two stall porta potti trailer for my daughter's wedding which is scheduled for 9-24-22 . The contract for $2100 was approved on 8-4-22. On Friday 9-16-22, the week before the wedding Country wide sales guy Chris called me and said there would be an additional delivery charge of $1000. I complained vigorously and he "kindly" offered to cancel the contract if I didn't pay up. I made a few phone calls and there were no similar trailers available. He then "graciously" reduced the delivery fee to $800. Being completely over a barrel, I agreed. This outfit cannot be trusted. PLEASE don't use them for anything.

GBKnow who you are renting from They contract out to other portable toilet rental companies, so how they can claim they provide the best toilets is questionable. They contracted with our business, that prides itself on quality, and did not give the correct instructions. The client was unhappy and made our business look bad. Be sure you are renting from an ACTUAL portable toilet business!

GBDo you want your people to poop in the grass? The Porta potty arrived an hour and a half after the event was over. We had people popping squats in the grass. So freaking embarrassing! They would not call me back, or refund the money.

INAll Good, Excellent Company to Rent Units We contacted them and everything occurred as planned. No problems at all. My dumpster arrived on time, served my purpose, and was removed on time. Very friendly people and they make everything so easy
