Wow!Great product Wow!Great product! I've been involved in boxing for over 25-years as a boxer; and an amateur and professional coach/trainer and this piece of equipment is AWESOME! Still experimenting with it, but pretty good so far! Very impressed so far. I wish this had been around years ago! I think it will definitely help with a fighters defense/head movement/timing and punching off a block or duck.

Delivery fast Delivery fast. It is a good workout! I purchased this for my teenage daughter. Time will tell how this holds up but it seems to be pretty decent quality for the price.
