I am talking about the Ichiban in Leesburg Fl. I am talking about the ichiban in Leesburg Fl. Have eaten there many times and was good. Today, the imitation crab seafood salad (remember this has mayonnaise in it) that was mostly gone but what was left was plainly dried out and for that I didn't take any. The kitchen person came out with a new tray full, she took the old tray out, put the new one in and then dumped the old nasty stuff into the new pan and with a big spoon stired it all together. So, how old is some of this? Probably day's old, unbeleivable nasty. Sadly I will be finding a new place to eat. No wonder they are so cheap, they never throw anything away.
