This led to the inconvenience of rescheduling a dinner with six friends at the last minute (day of). Furthermore, the portion of the order that did arrive on time is now aging as it waits for the delayed half. However, my primary concern was the customer service response. Their representative minimized the issue and suggested that the delay and the aging food were not significant problems. This lack of empathy was particularly disappointing given the value of the order, which exceeded $200.

Love this service Love this service. Love being able to explore different cuisines that, without Goldbelly, I would be unable to try. The prices are a little high, and I understand why, especially when it comes to shipping perishables. Goldbelly is a treat, and if it were a little less expensive I would use it much more often.

Outstanding! Quick shipping, very well packaged but most of all the best pastrami sandwich I've put in my mouth in a long time! Price is a little high but considering all the things I mentioned above it's understandable. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
