I didn't allow for weather delays and… I didn't allow for weather delays and Goldbelly still went above and beyond to make it right for me. My food arrived in perfect condition and customer service was wonderful. Will definitely be ordering my king cakes from them again!

Heard great things about these tamales... As most consumers on a budget, I was seeking info on promo codes and discounts for senior citizens or military, and although these were not available, the representative did offer me a first-time discount. GREAT! But what will I do the next time I order :{

Outstanding! Quick shipping, very well packaged but most of all the best pastrami sandwich I've put in my mouth in a long time! Price is a little high but considering all the things I mentioned above it's understandable. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

While I have never had issue with the… While I have never had issue with the food, the shipping prices are utterly RIDICULOUSLY HIGH, twenty and thirty dollars added onto the shipping is crazy. I ordered a cheesecake that was 68.00 dollars, and the shipping was plus twenty dollars more so, 88.00 dollars, the following week I was thinking about ordering another, and it was thirty dollars in shipping, it's not worth it for me. I don't order often.

very rude customer service response Half of my order was not shipped on the scheduled day, causing a one-day delay. This led to the inconvenience of rescheduling a dinner with six friends at the last minute (day of). Furthermore, the portion of the order that did arrive on time is now aging as it waits for the delayed half. However, my primary concern was the customer service response. Their representative minimized the issue and suggested that the delay and the aging food were not significant problems. This lack of empathy was particularly disappointing given the value of the order, which exceeded $200.
