I’ve been eating at the location on…2600 Mercury Blvd for several years. I’ve been eating at the location on 2600 Mercury Blvd in Hampton Va for years. The service, food and staff are awesome. I recently move to another city and tried location in that area. I was not satisfied with the staff or the service. Needless to say I travel the distance to eat at my favorite location. I walked in and instantly they welcomed me , asked me where I’d been and if I wanted my usual. Like the sitcom Cheers theme song , I want to go where everybody knows my name.

Store # 464 4:50 am -Wonderful wonderful courteous associates! My new favorite Breakfast joint! Store # 464 has 2 employees when I arrived. The person who’s name and the cook whos name I will get in one moment were outstanding!! Super polite!! Super courteous!! 4:50 am and they were as chipper as ever!! I’ll come back to this location specifically because of how outstanding this visit was!! The two employees names were Jennifer was my order girl and the cook was Dre.

So sad Well call the waffle house over eight different times to have a recording pick up and say they’re tending to the dine in customers at the moment so I went and passed in front of the waffle house. There was exactly one car in the parking lot that’s right one car, so how busy could they be

After my visit today, I was thoroughly impressed with Felicia woods at store #2139. In Jackson Mississippi. She gave professional and courteous service that far exceeded my expectations.. You get what you pay for. I've been to probably a dozen different Waffle House restaurants over the years and not once has one ever been a satisfactory experience. Nine times out of ten they don't even get your order right. The occasional time they do get it right the food is just disgusting. I think they try to offset their shortcomings by being somewhat cheap but it really isn't worth it.
