Macdonalds Brockhurst Gosport slow food Macdonalds Brockhurst Gosport Think about renaming your service to extremely slow food this is not the first time I have sat in the Q for more then half an hour and on both occasions the food was cold the q was out the door for walk-in as well as the Uber and delivery drivers if you seriously cannot keep up demand which you can’t maybe you need to rethink what services you offer ie restaurant and drive through should surely take precedence. And when I asked why it was so slow I just get a glazed look and a shrug of I don’t know. I am not formally complaining because you do nothing about it just a thank you for your complaint and it has been filed in the bin! So maybe this review will make people stop at a different restaurant and not yours.

This time I was pleasantly surprised… This time I was pleasantly surprised but, what doesn’t say a lot the macfeast’s didn’t have any salat in em and the burger finish was slobby and unholy. The fries was actually ok and there was an acceptable amount of salt on them. But still nothing to write home about

No Coffee No Coffee. Nor accepting loyalty coffee coupons. Shower of excrement. Back in the day you could rely on MacyD for good coffee , quick service and a clean toilet. Now it's all grumpy , slow and rude 😑

Animal hairs on workers fleece!! Animal hairs on workers fleece!! Dundonald: Just been through the drive through and collected my food from a worker wearing a fleece that was covered in animal hair! I nearly boked on the spot! What’s the point in making workers wear hair nets to keep the hairs from falling into food when their uniform, in my opinion was totally unfit to wear when handling food. Plus the plain double cheese burger we asked for came with salad! I did try to ring to address these issues but the phone just rang out twice. This outlet needs to sort out the entrance and exit strategy for cars also. The way it is at the minute is an accident waiting to happen. Not a happy customer tonight.
