Cafe Concerto in Stratford (outside… Cafe concerto in Stratford (outside branch) I have to admit - one of the best customer services I’ve had to date from any restaurants I’ve visited recently. The manager ANNA & Shaffi were amazing. I’d say it’s the best branch too by far. So friendly and kind to the customers - like the good old days when customers use to matter. Food was delicious too

We went here for breakfast 3 different… We went here for breakfast 3 different days during our one week vacation to London and were served by Pieter every time. He was such a pleasure and the food was always served perfectly. I highly recommend this establishment and would come back again if I ever have the opportunity.

Great find! This is a lovely pastry shop with good food, friendly staff, and exceptional coffee. I enjoyed my first visit so much I have already returned and my second visit was just as good. Highly recommended!

- Service was poor - Service was poor: cake served ‘broken/ badly cut, plate had cream from other cake on it, wrong order twice, forgot half the order and only 4 tiny slices of strawberry on a strawberry French toast. Service of cutlery not refined as ‘thrown’ on the table, expensive, not friendly at all, doesn’t say sorry and pushes customers out of the way without asking. Only one waitress ( female) was very polite and kind. Lots to improve on the service!! Food overall was ok.
