Not recommended Totally unreliable. Ordered and paid 12 bottles for a family event, but didnt receive any estimated delivery time. Called both UK and Romanian numbers, emailed 3 times, no answer. Randomly, after more than 2 weeks (too late, had to buy wine again from somewhere else) the order was delivered. Not recommended.

Not clear that this company exists - Ordered 800 EUR of wine a week ago - No confirmation email - Sent 3 emails so far to various email addresses - no responses - Called three different numbers which either ring out or are disconnected Will be pursuing via credit card (ordered via Vinero.fr, but it's the same company) Edit: the response by the company below makes it look like they initiated the refund. They did not. It was a chargeback. Also “lost by the courier”. If there was a courier, then I should have at least been told when the order was packed and picked up by the courier. But this didn’t happen as there is no courier. The company does not exist. Edit 2: I await your email to schedule it. We'll need to change the address as the delivery was to my wedding venue.

Scam Scam, do not order from this company. I ordered on the 17th December 6 bottles of wine, never received them and no reply from the company to my emails. The company quoted on their website EURO DRINKS DISTRIBUTION LTD cannot be found on Companies House website, however this is actually a Romanian company EURO DRINKS DISTRIBUTION SRL. I will report the site as it is clearly a scam and probably some of the 5 star reviews are fake.

I recently made a purchase on this… I recently made a purchase on this website, ordering a few rum bottles totaling over £100. However, I never received my order, and my attempts to contact the seller have gone unanswered. It's clear that this website is operated by scammers. I strongly advise against using their services or making any purchases. I rate them 0 stars due to the complete lack of reliability and customer support. Beware and protect your hard-earned money!
