GB5 Star Customer Service, Grail Watch Delivered! My husband found his 'grail' watch on MyGemma, and the customer service I experienced with Stephanie and the team was above and beyond! They helped me every step of the way from purchase to shipment and were extremely kind and patient with my excitement/anxiety for a large purchase of this nature.
