Great Experience! Great experience! Fast shipping and delivered on time. I had no issues with my order. The only thing was my bag’s front panel design is upside down. I’m not sure if it was an error during production, but as far as HandMeTheBag site it was a positive experience.

Flabbergasted Holy cow. I have NEVER experienced customer service like I did with Hand Me the Bag. Not only did my bag show up a whole day early, it was so beautifully wrapped and you can tell lots of care went into making sure it was protected during shipping. And when I had a problem customer service responded with in MINUTES and took care of me. I am flabbergasted. I shopped here a little skeptical but I couldn’t find the bag I liked on any other websites for a decent price and I am genuinely caught so off guard by how amazing my experience was that I’m gonna do Christmas shopping, birthday shopping, just because shopping, all of it on Hand Me The Bag.
