On my latest order, everything was correct except a different lens color was sent out. All it took was one email and everything was made right. A return shipping label was immediately sent for me to return the glasses I received, and the correct color glasses were sent out very quickly with express shipping. He was very communicative over emails and apologetic for the mix up (that wasn’t really even his fault). This is how you do business, and a lot of companies could take lessons. Extremely pleased with this seller.

Saved me $400! I got the Gorsuch catalog in the mail recently (expensive store in Vail) and saw these amazing Oliver Peoples glasses in that.
