On my latest order, everything was correct except a different lens color was sent out. All it took was one email and everything was made right. A return shipping label was immediately sent for me to return the glasses I received, and the correct color glasses were sent out very quickly with express shipping. He was very communicative over emails and apologetic for the mix up (that wasn’t really even his fault). This is how you do business, and a lot of companies could take lessons. Sunglasses at very good prices that you can trust to get what you ordered. I found this site to have some of the best prices on certain high-end sunglasses brands. At first, I was a little skeptical of how legit some of the products were or if I ordered something would I even get what I ordered. But after seeing that this site is associated with a Youtube channel that reviews sunglasses and watched a few of their videos, I realized that I could trust this place with my money. I ended up purchasing a pair of sunglasses and I received exactly what I ordered a few days later. I would have no issue purchasing from this website again if I wanted to buy another pair of sunglasses that they carry.

Damaged product labeled brand new The sunglasses were labeled brand new, but the chrome around the side hinges of the glasses were scuffed on both sides. I thought it was just dirt and I tried to wipe it off, but clearly it was scuff on the chrome which was really disappointing, considering I paid $350 for these glasses, unfortunately shade review.com doesn’t accept returns because they say they’re giving us such a good discount. Now I know why they’re giving such a good discount. Follow up: Contacted sales@shadereviewstore twice through email as they stated in there reply but surprise, surprise, no response at all. Just goes to show they’re are just trying to look like they’re actually care and that they’re trying to give a refund but it’s all a lie. Don’t be fooled, just another shady YouTuber selling damaged goods. Buyers beware.
