Well for starters Well for starters, the cap selection was outstanding. But when I chose 6 character designs, with satin lining and sewed on buttons I expected them to show up on the 21st of June. (10 days) I messed up the address to where they were to be shipped and they got lost in the mail. Lauren was directly texting me with updates the entire time. She corrected my mistake and then shipped out a replacement order to get me the product I ordered. Not only did they meet my expectations of comfort, style and uniqueness. Bouffant caps are perfectly large enough!! The scrub cab that I ordered was very beautiful and I like the fact that the mystery scrub cap had the satin lining in the buttons just like my original order that was very helpful!!
