GBI inadvertently ordered a necklace… I inadvertently ordered a necklace without reading product information and the necklace was too tight. I contacted Saule Label to see if I could get a larger size and they graciously allowed me to return the original necklace in exchange for the correct size. Saule Label is the most professional, courteous business I deal with! LOVE THEM!
