GBHassel free super fast exchange So I got my micro tennis necklace, when I put it on the stones always flip down against my body so you couldn't see them.. well come to find out it was a defect with the way the clasp was. Soon as I took my chain over to the UPS store to send it back, GLD instantly credited my account, issued me an additional $25 gift card for the inconvenience, another gift card to cover the 2 day shipping, and a 60% off code so I was able to upgrade to the 3 mm tennis necklace at no extra cost.. amazing company to work with if you have an issue.
