I was excited to get my first order I was excited to get my first order, but when I did the size was incorrect. I thought no problem, I'd take advantage of their return policy and get this fixed. However, after weeks of multiple emails and phone calls I have received no communication from them. At this point it is still not resolved.

It's a great company for now. The company got to pairs of shoes correct. The ones they are sending is swap for the wrong pair so they are doing are great job now until I see if these shoes are the right ones.

A bit of confusion The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that originally they sent me the incorrect tracking number which caused some confusion and anxious moments when the post office advised that my package was delivered to another address. After a prompt reply for AlpineSwiss and the correct tracking number, everything turned out well. Received my package and am happy with the purchase(running shoes). Comfortable and stylish. Will order through them again.
