One of the sides of the humidity pack… One of the sides of the humidity pack holder are not welded to the lid and I need to get a replacement and I have not heard back from the company

When the item I ordered was out of stock I was contacted and offered the next option up from my original selection or a full refund. I chose the upgrade. I would like to stress how much this type of customer service is disappearing. Erozul is getting it right. If it's not right they make it right. How much else could you ask for?

Late and Lacking "gift" My item while shipping made it to my city and while 'out for delivery' ended up states away making the item itself later than expected, as well as the supposed "Free Gift" not being included in the packaging.
