You state you shipped my order to someone else. Offer zero compensatory act. Just merely: "you can choose another hat" 4. I say this is unacceptable and you ruined a gift for someone. 5. You go on your accord, without my request, and refund me for the entire order meaning you not only sold my hat to someone but you canceled entirety if my order / refunded 6.
