I have interacted with customer service once a few years ago (bought something on clearance and they ran out of the size I selected), and they responded quickly and we resolved the problem. Also, the items they make are so amazing, I love wearing them in public (especially when I'm in the parks)! Amazing For years I’ve been ordering items from Whosits and Whatsits. The customer service is unmatched and the items are beyond what you can expect. The shirts fit nice and are a real constant in my day to day wear. Whosits and Whatsits is a great small business for lovers of subtle Disney references like myself. I will continue to support this company because I love the items they sell and the people who take the time to design and make these items.

Runs small, otherwise great! I really like the pants (comfy fabric, pretty design) but the sizes definitely run small. I can wear mine but the top band falls over when I move. Order at least one size up from what you normally wear. The size chart giving the measurements when laid flat is not helpful at all. People aren't flat.
