I love Whosits and Whatsits! Every time I have purchased anything from Whosits and Whatsits, I instantly love the product when I receive it! I have interacted with customer service once a few years ago (bought something on clearance and they ran out of the size I selected), and they responded quickly and we resolved the problem.
