the BEST literally one of the best places. i’ve ordered so many clothes from here it’s insane. the customer service is also amazing. if something isn’t right they go above and beyond to make sure any issues are fixed. also they really care about their customers. their social media account always interacts with peoples tweets or posts about whosits or photos wearing whosits and it really makes you feel like they care. i would recommend whosits and whatsits to everyone.

I have interacted with customer service once a few years ago (bought something on clearance and they ran out of the size I selected), and they responded quickly and we resolved the problem. Also, the items they make are so amazing, I love wearing them in public (especially when I'm in the parks)!
