I have interacted with customer service once a few years ago (bought something on clearance and they ran out of the size I selected), and they responded quickly and we resolved the problem. Also, the items they make are so amazing, I love wearing them in public (especially when I'm in the parks)! I absolutely love the shirts I absolutely love the shirts! I got the Thunder Mountain Goat shirt and Haunted Mansion shirt I love those attractions soooo much! They are so clean and comfortable and cute!!! I also absolutely love how since they weren't a preorder shirt (I'm not sure if they do preorders) how fast and efficient they arrived! :)
