I have interacted with customer service once a few years ago (bought something on clearance and they ran out of the size I selected), and they responded quickly and we resolved the problem. Also, the items they make are so amazing, I love wearing them in public (especially when I'm in the parks)! I am so happy to support this company and every launch makes me so excited to see what they've come up with!
