I love Whosits and Whatsits! Every time I have purchased anything from Whosits and Whatsits, I instantly love the product when I receive it! I have interacted with customer service once a few years ago (bought something on clearance and they ran out of the size I selected), and they responded quickly and we resolved the problem. Also, the items they make are so amazing, I love wearing them in public (especially when I'm in the parks)! I am so happy to support this company and every launch makes me so excited to see what they've come up with!

reliable friendly staff and durable good quality merch i love how fast they are about emailing me back if there’s a problem with my order. Super fast and reliable. Plus I bought a pan beanie from here like 4 years ago, washing it like every few days, and it is still really good looking. No color fading, stitching hasn’t frayed at all, still really elastic. Honestly I’ll probably never buy Disney merch from anyone else lol.

Runs small, otherwise great! I really like the pants (comfy fabric, pretty design) but the sizes definitely run small. I can wear mine but the top band falls over when I move. Order at least one size up from what you normally wear. The size chart giving the measurements when laid flat is not helpful at all. People aren't flat.

Going to the D23 Expo this past weekend, I was super excited to see that Whosits and Whatsits was going to have a pop-up shop nearby! Great quality of unique Disney-inspired clothes. The owners are so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend!!!
