Nice products and great customer service. I had ordered a couple of items before Christmas. However, they were unable to deliver them in time to give them as gifts. I still give this company 5 stars as their Customer Service Rep, Jessica, continued to track my order and give me updates. She went above and beyond to provide satisfaction. I will still consider buying from Himoda as the products are very nice and they are inexpensive. I recommend Himoda.

Well made but customer service is lacking. The product,velvet baseball cap,is made and packaged well.However I had an issue with the order itself.I asked for one black and one red.Paid for my order and the invoice read two black,tried to go back to recharge to the original order no go.I immediately wrote customer service and was assured she would advise shipping.Two black baseball caps arrived...

Customer friendly and great product! I had made an error in my order. Himoda immediately answered my email and took care of the problem (that was my fault). Also the small wallet is perfect! Holds cards, bills and coins, all while staying small and compact.
