USOne word: Amazing. I thought I f**ked up when I made my order through a guest account and quickly emailed, to my surprise I received a timely response and it was perfect. My two sweatshirts I ordered are so soft and comfortable and absolutely perfect!! I can’t wait to order more in the future and I love the quick and wonderful customer service!! USAbsolutely no customer service at all Absolutely no customer service at all. If you can manage to even find the phone number to the company it does no good because their voicemail is full and you will never get anybody on the phone. I tried 10 times to find out about my order definitely will not be ordering from them again.
