Beautiful Bag The bag is beautiful with thoughtful details. I was looking for a non-leather bag that was stylish, and the doquintin is perfect for me. I ordered the bamboo handles as well, which are a lovely addition, but I quickly realized I would not use them often over the original handles. Returning these extra handles was straight-forward and customer service was very helpful. I will be purchasing from Laflore Paris again, and I highly recommend to others.

Broken within a month The bag broke down from the corners within a month of having it at my boring indoor work, so not worth any money at all. They offered a replacement bag, but that's no guarantee that the new bag wouldn't break down as well within a month. As soon as I asked for a full refund, they stopped answering my emails. If you want a long term friend of a bag that you can rely on, wouldn't recommend this one. It's very pretty the bobobark, but not worth the money.

Quality and fashion as promised Fabulous videos showing products; accurate descriptions with truly represented photos. Love the history/story of father and daughter. And in an era of online scams, everything is as promised! And the follow-up videos/instructions as how to appropriately attach straps is most helpful. I keep ordering more accessories!
