Second order was incomplete and then argued about it with me for days. Poorly managed company. Poor communication. Not even a phone number. Just crap.

Nice tactical Australian boonie hat. Bought a tactical Australian boonie hat in XL. From most suppliers this type of hat runs small, but not this one. I wear a 7 5/8 and this could easily fit a 7 3/4 head. So a little loose, but that's OK beats too small. Also a lot of these type of hats have open brass grommets for ventilation. This one has screened grommets so you don't have to worry about vermin flying/crawling into the hat.I gave 4 stars because shipping was slow. otherwise great.

MUCH higher quality than expected VERY impressed. A classic case of under promise but over deliver. The entire order was accurate and shipped correctly. I also received the order several days earlier than expected. All of the flex/stretch fit caps were true to size. The stitching on the embroidered patches were great.
