FRI did not recieve any mail to warn me… I did not recieve any mail to warn me about the different stages of my order. But,I had to pay taxes, even though it is specified that we " should not be required to make any further payments in relation to import VAT and duties of any kind at the point of importation of your order into the EU." As soon as I signaled this problem, the team answered me very quickly and refund me. A very good customer service and the jewerly is beyond reproach.

CHAmazing jewelry brand! Amazing jewelry brand! I ordered the gold creation necklace and I love it. It arrived really quickly and not forget to mention the personalized letter inside the package which goes for the extra mile! Highly recommend!

GBWRONG ITEM SENT & NO RESPONSE I ordered a necklace for a birthday gift from Divon on not on the high street. I received my item after 5 working days to open it to realise they have sent the complete wrong necklace (opposite to what I ordered) I then tried to contact them via their live chat. No answer. I then contacted them through email, again no answer. I have now been dealing through not on the high street directly to get this resolved with a full refund. Won’t order from them again.. due to their huge error and lack of response.

GBGreat customer service. Even though I ordered with the fastest shipping, they refunded the shipping fee, sent it express anyways and let me know that they were having difficulties with FedEx/UPS right away. Definitely will be purchasing from this company again. Nice experience, they take care of the customer.
