Great customer service. Even though I ordered with the fastest shipping, they refunded the shipping fee, sent it express anyways and let me know that they were having difficulties with FedEx/UPS right away. Definitely will be purchasing from this company again. Nice experience, they take care of the customer.

Fantastic purchase! I bought their HELIOS GOLD necklace and I am inlove. The shipping was fast, and they even wrote me a handwritten note that may or may not have caused a few tears in my eyes. Amazing service and will definitely buy again!

Excellent service, beautiful item. The order was dispatched very quickly but i had an issue with the Royal Mail, but even so Marios at Divon helped me chase it up and the order arrived on time. Even though the delay wasn’t their fault, they were apologetic and helpful.

Disappointed I can not coment on the products as I never received them. The custumer service is amazing. But doesn't change the fact that my PAID order was never even prepared or sent and they never realized there was a problem until i contacted them. By that time the items i purchased were out of stock so i couldn't even get them. I was really excited so i'm kindda disappointed. (they did offered to choose replacements from the site)

Amazing The jewellery was delivered very quickly without any problems. The 'Victory' necklace is beautiful, very detailed and high-quality. The packaging is very nice with a sweet note. Everything feels very thoughtful.
