About 3 weeks later another hat arrived, this time in a labeled, logo'd box and securely packed, like we all hope for when ordering online. A happy ending but questionable quality control. Got what i wanted in the end but still scratching my head how that first hat ever left their shop in that state. No, I wouldn't order from these guys again.
