No communication I requested in three communications to swap out silver horns for the red horns for the beast I ordered. Never received a reply & the invoice even said word for word my request. A simple no would have been preferable to no answer. I ordered the silver horns afterwards with a ridiculous postage fee. Hopefully they will fix it without simply offering me a future purchase credit. Great product, bad service.
