Great customer service Great customer service. I saw the larger pair of sunglasses after I received my order. I asked if they could send me the larger and let me compare. They said sure and sent along a return envelope. I was able to compare and chose the one I wanted. Excellent. Will highly recommend thus company to others.

2nd Grade to None… The last time I had cat-eye frames was 2nd grade, indeed a lifetime ago. They were pink and eventually had bent straightpins where tiny hinge screws had been. (# Style understatement.) OMGosh! My Olwen tortoiseshell cat-eye sunglasses say "I'm Ms. Hollywood" and make my dual-pinned pink ones hideous in retrospect... How sad;^(

I placed an order more than a week ago I placed an order more than a week ago. My order still hasn't shipped, and have got no response to the messages I sent looking for my order. The phone #on the website does not work, so of course you can't actually talk to a person. Not pleased with my purchase.

Excellent customer service Jessica has been quite helpful with a replacement for a pair of sunglasses that arrived damaged. The second pair were fine and I have been wearing them. Just love how well they fit and look on me.
