Bought shoes which were on pre-order Bought shoes which were on pre-order. After I waited for about 7 months (and no update from the seller whatsoever) I contacted them and asked what happened - the reply was rather matter of fact that this will take its time. Fair enough - so I waited another few months and still - nothing - so I cancelled the order. I totally get that pre-order takes a while but the seller didn't bother to inform the customer about the process or else and I got the feeling they didn't really care either. (But of course took the whole amount up front). I am really not impressed - shame as they seem to have a few unusual items.

Well Done! My order was timely, and almost perfect. there was something that didn't fit and I'm currently trying to return it. But so far everything has been fantastic!
