Beware. Worst--NO customer service Worst customer service on line. Love the design, fabric and construction, but.... 4 years ago I ordered 3 items. Never credited with an $!00+ return. Took a chance in 2024. 1 $80 irem was never received. No response from multiple emails/calls. If want to deal with this company, do not place multiple items in a single order. Pay the extra postage. Their system recgonizes order number but seems to have trouble with item number.

Happy with the purchase, good coat. I've been wearing the VShort Puffer Coat for a while now, and it has become my favorite go-to winter coat. It's incredibly warm and comfortable to wear, and the fit is just right for me. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wish it had a more water-resistant shell, but overall, it's a fantastic winter coat.
