INDisappointed with the quality I bought a pair of Charles and Keith shoes from mall of Asia Bangalore charles and Keith store, but wearing them for just a 2 minutes leaves my feet in pain. The shoes offer little to no support, and the fit is incredibly uncomfortable. Within minutes of wearing them, my legs start to ache. It's incredibly disappointing that a brand like Charles and Keith would produce such poorly designed and uncomfortable shoes. I would not recommend these to anyone looking for comfort or quality.And i went to your store again for exchange but there was not my size now i want my refund back otherwise I will raise the FIR

MNAffordable meets quality Experience with Charles & Keith never disappointed me. It is like when affordable meets quality! I especially love the leather bags. I recently got 2 L and XL size bags hut they are not huge. They fit my Ipad and work documents just fine!! Almost everyday I get asked about where my bag is from.

GBPoor product quality stay away from this brand Poor product quality, even poorer customer service, ordered product in Feb 2024 received towards end of Feb 2024, have used it for 1 1/2 month and already the seams have started coming apart. The PU is peeling away on the corners and bag flap. It's not a cheap bag either at £89.00 one would expect it to last but it's worse than high street brands. What's appalling is CC saying the product is out of the 30days return window??? who wants to return and buy again from a horrible brand like this.....disgusting that brands still rip off like this

PTI love the bags and everything that… I love the bags and everything that Charles and Keith sell I fell in love with the brand because the products really have a lot of quality worth every penny deposited in the brand's items are really unfeasible I love

DEMy personal details were exposed My order was delayed, and when C&K, sent an email notifying me, they were too lazy to send it out individually, and instead, added all customers, who were affected by that same delay, in the same email. Meaning, I got to see the email addresses of every other customer, and they got to see mine. After I responded asking, why they would expose my personal details like that, I was informed that it was a mistake and offered me a 20% discount for my NEXT order. As if I would ever put my trust and personal details in their hands again. I asked to have that 20% discount applied to my first and only order, they have ignored my emails since. So here we are. I would strongly advise against shopping with them. Only one of the two bags I ordered, even came with a dust bag. That was also ignored. Shocking company!
