I placed my order and default sizing… I placed my order and default sizing was medium. I required large. I received an email immediately after sale and it stated if any change was required please inform at their email address so I did. Asking for the large size. I received my order quickly and it was medium. - disappointed

Excellent communication and quality of bracelet The customer service with Caligio is super, from initial order placement through delivery updates. The high quality of the bracelet will bring this customer back. The product line is extensive and classy looking without being over the top!

The bracelet keeps falling off even… The bracelet keeps falling off even without bumping it. I finally lost it yesterday. I loved wearing it but the latch didn't stay latched very well.

Horrible Customer Support Back in January of last year I was sent the wrong sized bracelet, which I then returned for an exchange on a new version of the bracelet "being manufactured" that was to be made in the proper size and should have been available in just a few weeks. Months later they sent me the exact same bracelet in the wrong size. Upon returning that bracelet I was told that I needed to pick a new style as for some reason the one I bought was now no longer being manufactured in the correct size. I chose a new bracelet, was told I had to pay $3.99 in shipping (which I agreed to) and that an invoice would be sent to me asap so we could get the item shipped. It has now been over 3 MONTHS and I have not received any invoice and my many multiple attempts to contact Caligio have gone unanswered. I am completely floored that once we finally reached an acceptable resolution to an issue that has now been going on for over a year I get suddenly completely ghosted. I guess that is how Caligio saves money on "Customer Support"

I wasn’t happy with the fit and look I wasn’t happy with the fit and look. Sizing specifications are erroneous and bracelet way bigger than size mention. When i returned it i was charged $8 / i wasn’t thrilled and no one wanted to help me / it’s my last time ordering and would not recommend this site plus customer service is rude and lacks respect for customer
