Okey We had to wait for the delivery for a couple of weeks but I liked the bag I had ordered. Quick response from the costum service.

Very satisfied! I loved the quality of the bag i got. Also i had such a excellent costumer service, always in touch with me anytime i had a question. They are doing such a great work considering the fact that its a small bussines in growth and yet very proffesional.

Worst experience ever They said my bag was shipped, and then 16 days later they said it was a pre-order. Then when I asked where the bag was, they suddenly said it was unavailable. I have not received my money back and have not received the bag. Extremely unsatisfied. Edit: Now 14 days later again, they refuse to give me my money back. The bag is not shipped, and will not be shipped, and I have not received my money.

Extremely bad experience Extremely bad experience. The bag I order was super delayed and after three weeks it still hadn’t been shipped from China which seems to be were the order the bags directly from. When pointing this out to their customer service and wanting to cancel my order the were very unwilling to help and telling me that they “don’t have time”. Everything about it felt very unserious tbh. This brand feels more like a scam to be honest. I don’t recommend them.
