GBI ordered on 4-20-2023 and still… I ordered on 4-20-2023 and still haven’t received my order!!! I got an email saying only 1 item out of 6 was shipped and I’ve tried to contact them several times to confirm/discuss it and gotten nothing back or it said the email was undelivered. I’m an ambassador for the company and it’s very disappointing that I can’t get my order or any help. I love the jewelry but this has been very frustrating and disappointing. Not sure if I will continue representing the brand or order again

GBThis is the second time I have placed a… This is the second time I have placed a order and not received it and when I reach out to customer service I either don’t get a response or if I do nothing ever gets resolved. I really want what I paid for and REAL customer service resolution. Receiving what you pay for should never be this difficult in this day in age….
