GBThe purse was mis-shaped and defective The purse was mis-shaped and defective. I sent photos and a request to return. The response said it was “not” a quality issue and that “if I pushed the zipper down, it would not be crooked”. It could not be remedied, the stitching was crooked!!

GBHorrible experience I received a Louis… Horrible experience I received a Louis Vitton belt that was too small for my waist. I let the seller know up front that my waist size is a 42. So I will need an even bigger size. Now I am stuck with a belt I can’t fit and I am making payments on it. $129.00 total at $32 every two weeks. I requested that the company please send me a prepaid postage and I have yet heard anything from them. This is BS sooooooooooooo PO I can’t see straight.

GBI am going to say that ordering… I am going to say that ordering process is very confusing. At the beginning I got a wrong shipment number and tracking! And then I experienced some delays!! I had to communicate with the person in charge to find out what was happening!! Also the phone number when someone is dialing no one responded!!
