The shoes were poorly made The shoes were poorly made, even through they are replicas, the quality and in person appearance was not accurate and or aligned with the advertised pictures. I have purchased replicas in the past from other vendors, and I was content with the overall shoe. Unfortunately that is not the case for the two pairs of patent leather Jordan 1's, I received from this particular shoe vendor.

The companies return policy The companies return policy. It's riddled with problems. No person ever picked up the phone for my assistance. Took three days and multiple calls to get a text message. They looked for a way not to let me return my sneakers and assisted that I did. Something wrong would not return or let me return. My sneakers said there was a reason in their return policy that never existed. I never took my sneakers out of the box. Never worn them. Wanted to return them because had to purchase a pair of locally due to time issues. They said that that was not one of the reasons to return sneakers. Only if there is a defect and only if they made a mistake in size well not let you return sneakers for no reason as a store would be very careful with this company. Website was from Virginia sneakers for delivered from New York and my phone calls were answered via text from New Jersey. Sounds a little fishy. Do not want to return a refund at all costs. Very unhappy
